The Demolition Process

Step One

Person with Hardhat Icon

The first step of demolition and site clearance begins with a bespoke on-site visit by one of our qualified team. This allows us to determine and discuss in detail the scope of the project and identify any additional needs that will require special assistance.

This includes waste disposal and reclamation and recycling of materials for future on-site use. This is your best opportunity to explore and enquire about what opportunities are available to move forward with the project.

Step Two

Health and safety is paramount to any construction works and at this stage we complete a comprehensive risk assessment taking into account all the finer details.

We also assess and identify any potential presence of deleterious materials and plan their safe removal and handling without causing any harm. In this instance we work alongside trusted and reliable specialists in site remediation.

Step Three

The third step of the process is where the real action happens. The controlled demolition of the site following our discussions and detailed plans to address your wishes. Our team will demolish a building using the best utilities for the job – such as high reach excavators and the best construction vehicles on the market.

This is achieved in a restrained environment where health and safety considerations are taken into account. Then our team will ensure the safe handling and removal of unwanted materials to licensed landfills.

Step Four

Finally, once demolition is complete, your site is left clean and tidy with all hazards removed. As part of the contract, all refuse will be taken to landfill sites and any reclaimed resources will be stored safely on site ready for future use.

Our portfolio of case studies and videos give you an insight into what can be achieved, no matter how big or small the project.
