This is achieved through our accreditations from Constructionline, Safecontractor, Achilles, CHAS, Exor and SMAS Worksafe, as well as being members of the National Federation of Demolition Contractors.

All employees are CITB-trained, and work under the guidance of Bath Demolition’s health and safety policy, which is prepared in collaboration with the Building Safety Group – the largest independent health and safety advisory group in the UK construction industry. We also adhere to Government guidelines and legislation and work closely with the Environment Agency and HSE to deploy the best working practises recognised in the industry.

At the start of each construction project, Risk Assessments and Method Statements are carried out to identify and mitigate any on-site hazards from the start, giving our clients confidence with regards to health and safety.

We have implemented an integrated Management System that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2018 to show our commitment to ongoing improvements within the company. Plus, Bath Demolition are pleased to be previous winners of the Wates Southern and Homes Counties Supply Chain Safety, Health and Environmental Award.
