Morriston School, Swansea
Bath Demolition were awarded the contract for the demolition of Morriston Comprehensive School, Swansea.
Following the removal of all the asbestos and soft striping the building, the external cladding was removed to expose it’s framework to enable the careful separation from the retained structure.
Full mechanical demolition of the redundant structures was completed down to the top of ground floor slab. Of which all the suitable materials generated were crushed and stockpiled for reuse by the client.
All other materials generated by the works were taken for appropriate disposal to a licensed re-cycling centre.
