Brooks Laundry, Bristol
Bath Demolition, working as Principle Contractor, carried out the demolition and remediation works of a former laundry and dye works.
The 4 acre site comprised of a series of industrial buildings from 2m to approximately 10m in height and a mixture of steel and timber framed units to traditional brick built.
The scope of works included the set-up of the site, the strip out of the buildings including asbestos removal, demolition of buildings, breaking out and removal of existing ground floor slabs and hard standings and remediation of identified ground contamination.
Bath Demolition carried out these works in accordance with the clients programme and scope.
